MADE-TO ORDER (MTO) ITEMS:

Made-to-order items have a special return policy as these are considered “custom” products that are produced on demand.  You may receive a full refund ONLY if the order has not shipped or is in production.  All of these products are produced and assembled at the time your order is placed.

MTO items cannot be returned due to “Buyer’s Remorse”. Therefore the only returns that will be accepted will be for manufacturer defects ONLY.  Please see the section “DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS” for additional information.

Since MTO products are produced on demand, we are unable to cancel an order that has already gone into production.  Once a MTO item has gone into production or shipped, it is completely non-refundable and can only be returned due to a manufacturer defect where it will be replaced.
