Foosball table rod and bearing silicone oil lubricant for all foosball tables. 2 oz bottle of silicone oil both cleans and lubricates rods and bearings.

Either work a drop or two into each bearing wall or better yet, saturate a clean cloth with the oil and wipe your table rods down with it to clean and re-oil them. Wipe in on between the men to protect the rods from dirt and rust. A little goes a long way.
